We get good news from Niantic . Apparently, the company plans to celebrate Earth Day with a new event that will take place between April 13 and 18.
The objective is to participate in a cleaning event that has been detailed through its official website. Depending on the number of participants, Pokémon GO players will receive different rewards:
- If 2,000 attend, there will be a greater appearance of Earth type Pokémon.
- If they attend 5,000, there will be a greater appearance of Earth type Pokémon and Diglett variocolor will be available.
- If 7,000 attend, there will be a greater appearance of Earth-type Pokémon, Diglett variocolor will be available, there will be twice as many Powder and candy and Groudon will return to the raids.
